"Vacuum came damaged"
I got my vacuum and it was broken. I filed a claim but never heard back. Now, another part has also broken. Right now, the vacuum is useless and I'm not getting any assistance from the seller.

Regrettably, the vacuum bags I received claimed they would fit my vacuum, but they ended up being the incorrect size. I've got one package that’s still sealed and another that’s missing one bag. I’d appreciate a refund for these and maybe I can order the correct size. Thanks a bunch for your assistance!

"AWFUL - NEVER COMING BACK!"
I ordered a basic belt and it took more than two weeks to arrive. Instead, I got a vacuum power brush, and the shipping slip had someone else's info from a different state. Tried calling their (877) number, but it was out of service. I shot them two emails, but they never got back to me. My credit card company took my dispute seriously and refunded my account. NEVER AGAIN!

I got a notification saying my order was on its way, then another one saying it was canceled. They refunded the item cost, but the shipping fees? Nope. No reason given. The phone number provided doesn’t work, and my emails have been ignored.

"Terrible item - seller won't refund for a non-working product"
I reached out to the seller regarding this hardwood floor brush, letting them know that it was the same size as my shark vacuum wand and wouldn’t fit at all. The fit was really bad, and I ended up losing $30 or so. Seriously, steer clear of this seller - they don’t support their products.

I got ripped off for 30 bucks on some vacuum cleaner bags. I needed type W, but they sent me A instead. I placed the order on 10/31/22 and have been trying to reach them since today, but the number's been disconnected. So frustrating! 😡

"Disappointing experience with the vacuum"
The vacuum showed up on time and was in decent shape, but I couldn't get it to stand upright because of some assembly issues. I ended up having to pay my vacuum repair guy to take it apart and sort it out. I tried calling multiple times and left messages, but nobody got back to me. I even shot off a couple of emails, but still no response. So, while the price seemed fair, I probably should've just gone through my vacuum guy from the start. Thankfully, he managed to fix it, or I would’ve been out $300.

I got my vacuum component super quick, and we managed to pop the old, worn-out piece off and attach the new one without any hassle. It functions like a charm. The vacuum is still in excellent shape, and all we required was a fresh head. It's an older model, but you helped us get back on track.
